Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation requests for orders must be submitted prior to the order's shipment confirmation. Shipment confirmation occurs upon dispatch notification sent to the email provided during registration. Once an order is 'shipped,' cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
  2. Customers wishing to cancel an order or specific item(s) before shipment must promptly contact our customer support team at care@skiomy.com. If the cancellation request is made before shipment confirmation, refunds will be processed within three business days post-approval by our team.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Products exhibit damage due to misuse.
    • Returns lack original packaging, essential components, or display signs of tampering.
    • Products were purchased during clearance sales or have been used/altered.
    • Requests for returns are made beyond 48 hours of order delivery.
  2. The determination of a product's eligibility for return rests solely with SKIOMY, based on visual evidence provided through photos and videos.
  3. Upon receipt and assessment of returns, refund approval status will be communicated promptly. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, subject to your bank or credit card company's processing time.
